Evolutionary Alignment
Evolutionary Alignment connects your soul to your body, to living upon the Earth right now. While it utilizes the tools of energy and bodywork, it is not these things. On this level, humans give and receive bodywork and energy systems and while they may feel better having used these things, are they forever changed by them? Perhaps, perhaps not.
Evolutionary Alignment connects you directly to the Earth Mother. You receive her vibratory current and it imprints you body and soul forever. This is because your soul specifically, unconditionally, freely came to the Earth Mother and co-created a body from which to express limits and unlimitedness simultaneously. Furthermore, it brought all of your being, all of your parallels to this exact moment and space upon the Earth Mother so that you and the human species could evolve spectacularly, now.
Evolutionary Alignment is an immediate respectful bridge between that intent of your Spirit and joins it to the Earth Mother. Her evolving energy boosts you body, mind and spirit into Union. If you openly receive this on any level YOU will be changed, forever, according to where and how you allow it.
Evolutionary Alignment immediately downloads your evolution into your cells. It brings you home to your true self.
During this process, you will be/are directly supported by gifts of the other Kingdoms, most specifically the Stonebeings. They are here upon the Earth Mother supporting the humans intent to evolve kindly through separation into Union. Since they themselves always have been Beings of Union, they can support you in ways that other humans and/or other human systems (that are not directly connected to the Earth Mother’s evolving vibratory current) cannot and they do it unconditionally, immediately and respectfully. No human logic can explain this. That is magnificent. Because it means that you do not have to study to receive Evolutionary Alignment. You do not have to be smart enough, learned enough, fast enough, or compete with anyone in order to have it as your own. Through the bridge of the Stones, your heart is activated. It goes beyond logic and reason and simply says, “Yes.” It will always receive in unlimited fashion as you allow.
Since humans live with and in separation, they do not always know how to receive or even realize when they have shut down and are not open and receiving of the Earth Mother’s gifts. The Stonebeings remind them.
The foundation of the Stones in Evolutionary Alignment is Shungite. Since it is mostly carbon (admittedly a very, very unusual formation of carbon) it is instinctively familiar to carbon based humans. They relax in the presence of the Shungite. It quietly activates their DNA which opens the flood gates of infinite abundance– unlimited giving and receiving.
During Evolutionary Alignment the intentionally placed and well-utilized Shungite will activate you beyond logic and rationality. As a being of Union it speaks directly to the part of humans that always knows Union in their hearts. They combine and humans open themselves finally to the Earth Mother. They consciously evolve. As they continue to keep evolving with the Earth Mother, they become more and more conscious for themselves. They will co-create more and more tools and support based in UNION – like Shungite, an Evolutionary Alignment.
Session Summary For Evolutionary Alignment
There are currently 7 Levels to Evolutionary Alignment. Each Level loosely corresponds to the 7 basic chakras generally recognized in the human body. All Levels flow from Level One ultimately as Level One is mostly about rooting and grounding and accepting our immediate and ongoing presence in these miraculous human forms. Our lives “happen” in time and space on this planet, our Earth Mother, so Evolutionary Alignment, in connecting us to living on this planet now in these bodies, needs to be firmly rooted and grounded in the Elements that make up all life here, Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ethers.
The TOOLS used during an Evolutionary Alignment Session in Level One are:
- Shungite
- Aligning with the Elementals (Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Ethers) through a simple breathing exercise
- Aligning with your Elemental Birth Imprint
- Spraying of Chakra Support Stonessences
- Placement of Stone Grid as support and benchmarks, specific to each person and session
- Written recording of the session along with suggestions for further support and integration
Elemental Birth Imprints
Every day we align with the Elementals because they are the Spirits of Fire, Earth, Water, Air and Ethers.
These Elements make up every form of life here on the Earth Mother, including the Earth Mother.
The Elementals are the consciousness in all life. They guide us in all acts and all states of Being.
In each moment, the Elementals move. This creates form, change and more life.
The moment just before you are born, the Elementals dance in a perfect rhythmic combination and your Soul joins that rhythm receiving an imprint, an Elemental Birth Imprint. It will offer your body and your entire life gifts and learnings that will guide you, body and soul, into Union.

If you give your permission, your Evolutionary Alignment Level One session starts off with the receiving of your Elemental Birth Imprint. Once you get it, you are responsible for remembering it and caring for it from that moment on. It is the gift of a lifetime aligning with the Elementals and the Earth Mother.
Most people have two Elements in their Birth Imprint, for example Fire and Water. They tend to dance in pairs because we humans often learn by polarities and dualities.
The first Elemental listed is the one that was most strongly present just before your birth. The second Elemental was the second most present. Your Birth Imprint comes already balanced. Whatever it is, in whatever percentages, it offers itself as the perfect guide to your evolving. In other words, an Imprint of Fire and Water as an example, does not mean that you are missing Earth, Air and/or Ethers. All it means is that you and your Spirit freely chose to focus upon first Fire, then Water, in most circumstances of your life in order to grow and remember your innate perfection.

Most people act out their primary Elemental (the Fire in the above example) through the grace and the challenges of the secondary Elemental (the Water in the above example).
For instance, when a Fire/Water person is living harmoniously, the passion, inspiration and transformation of Fire surges through the empathy, compassion and universality of Water. Other people will love being around this person for their kind and dynamic visions.
When the Fire/Water person acts inharmoniously or dysfunctionally, their impatience, violence and drama will explode through the cold, repressed apathy of Water. They will find it difficult to leave an endless cycle of repeating unhelpful emotions.
When you receive your Elemental Birth Imprint, listen to it from your heart. That is where you will find the core of life, the Elementals, living. They invite you to vibrant, joyous and peaceful life where you freely co-create all that you are and do, with your own Spirit.
Your “mind-alone” cannot completely define your Imprint; this is as it is meant to be. Life and your Elemental Birth Imprint offer themselves to you as a pure experience, a full-out adventure! You cannot figure it out just in your head. Instead, join whatever the Elementals are in your Imprint and watch them as they display in Nature each day in order to dance with them. Move together, and you will balance yourself at the core. Any understanding that comes of this, is your integration not your definition.
For instance, Fire in Nature moves quickly. It can change direction spontaneously and dramatically. It radiates tremendous heat and it leaves everything it touches altered, changed forever. If you are a Fire Imprint, see for yourself if this is true for you. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter how anyone else thinks of, or defines, your Imprint. Everyone’s relationship with the Elementals is utterly unique. Only you live it, only you and your Spirit can guide you in your individual aligning with the Elementals. Listen with your heart.
It is also important to remember that your Elemental Birth Imprint happens BEFORE the moment of physical birth. That exact moment of physical birth is your Astrological Birth Imprint/Chart. Keep this in mind when accepting/allowing your Birth Imprint as it is not your personality per se, it is your core geometry that you chose Elementally before your personality. This can potentially give us the opportunity in the Birth Imprint to step back and have a larger picture of what we are experiencing, a greater perspective from the whole of life in all that is happening in and around us.
Basic qualities of the Elementals
In our living with the Elementals, here is some of what we have observed about each of them.
Earth: Structure; practicality; time/space; the Earth Mother herself.
Fire: Warmth; creativity; transformation; spontaneity.
Water: Seeks its own level; balancing; the most prevalent Element in humans and in the Earth Mother.
Air: The Element that we most immediately depend on for survival; all stimuli and communication are carried on the winds.
Ethers: The Spirit that moves in all things; in the Ethers you find all the stories of all beings, all happenings, all life.

The Elementals dance in either easy movement- symbiosis- or not, according to whatever dance of Elementals is needed for growth and integration at that moment.
The two combinations that are symbiotic are Earth/Water or Water/Earth and Fire/Air or Air/Fire. They immediately complement each other. They gracefully support each other in their dance. For example, Water needs Earth to have shape and form; Air feeds Fire.
Symbiotic Elemental Birth Imprints tend to move quickly, surely and predictably in those individual humans. When they are acting in balance, nothing stops them. They can do anything. When they act out of balance, they resist even the most positive change and cannot see the forest for the trees.
Non-symbiotic Elementals still dance in a perfect rhythm. In order to come together and create, they simply must find new inspiration and ways of integration. An Air/Water Imprint for example, challenges a person to bring together mental and emotional energies. During struggles, this person will not understand their feelings, and they will not feel from a bigger, freer perspective. Yet, when this Elemental Birth Imprint dances harmoniously, this person can navigate gracefully between compassion and simple detachment, imagination and trust, empathy and freedom. The greater challenges of non-symbiotic Elemental Birth Imprints strengthen you and activate your core talents throughout your lifetime.
Again, if you choose to be confused about the relationship of the Elementals and how they manifest, simply go back to observing how they naturally interact upon the Earth Mother. What happens when you pour Water on a Fire? What happens when you cover Air with Earth? What happens when you add Air to Fire?
From this point of observation then, you can extend, if you so choose in your immediate awareness, these natural wave patterns to your own Imprint, your own experiences, your own relationships, your personality.

Stonessences in Evolutionary Alignment
The Stonessences provide a basis for what your body will continually connect with when it connects with the Earth Mother via your own energetic and physical make-up.
When they are sprayed, they connect to your DNA and provide a base line of evolution for you to grow into and integrate as you wish and choose.
This is a gentle yet insistent reminder at the core of manifestation in the moment to further activate, enhance and perpetuate the movement of your choice through your own body chakra system.
Do not underestimate the potency of adding this water-based tool to the Intent of your session and its ability to support you in your chosen evolvement, consciously. Sometimes the mind tries to convince us that the simple things aren’t enough or don’t or won’t work, but the reality is that simple is what usually works the most efficiently. We are very respectful in our use of these Stonessences as we have fully experienced the potency and vitality of their use in our own lives and the lives of many others, including the Animal Kingdom.
Shungite
This profound, carbon-based mineral from Russia instills pure strength within us and all around us. It grows our auras so exponentially and so literally that no negativity touches us through: thoughts; toxins; wave patterns.
Shungite builds within you the strongest, most profound foundation for the most unbelievable transformation and evolution possible. It holds you, it cares for you. It smiles upon the perfection of your soul. It stabilizes your chakras so that your lifeforce can radiate out in all directions at once into unimaginable glory.
It manifests “Evolutionary Alignment” with your cells….the innate and ever growing ability to align all of your being and all of your energy with the constantly evolving vibratory rate of the Earth Mother. It brings you home. You can be and do anything with the complete love and grounding of the Earth and all her sweet guardians.
This Shungite is found only in one specific area in Russia. It is a very mysterious and profound mineral with many “unexplained” properties. The Elementals had been waiting for us to “find” this mineral in order to then initiate the Evolutionary Alignment system here. We specifically use the forms you see here in the Sessions: the small and large pyramids; hand wands; spheres; the Shungite Mat in organic hand-dyed cotton.
As a carbon-based mineral, Shungite speaks the same language as the cells in our carbon-based bodies. It is one of the bridges that Evolutionary Alignment uses to embed and encourage union and harmony with the Earth Mother. We also have many other forms of Shungite available as support. For instance, necklaces, cell phone harmonizers, bracelets, etc.

Evolutionary Alignment Mat
This Mat is made of 100% organic cotton that is hand-dyed here in Silver City by Charity. The inside circle contains a pouch of Shungite powder. During an E.A. Session the person receiving lays on this Mat with the Sungite as close as possible to underneath the Hara (approximately 2 fingers below the navel).
Auxiliary Hand Wands
These are some examples of potential auxiliary Hand Wands that can and are used in some Sessions (the Basic E.A. Session starts with the receiver holding the two Shungite Hand Wands).

Hello, my name is Mitsi Rose Cardinal, and I am so pleased to connect with you and share about the Evolutionary Alignment (EA) process.
As a practitioner, I witness the response in the people who choose to experience the EA, and I also witness it in myself! What keeps appearing and repeating to me to be the most evident benefit of the EA, is its effect of really grounding our Spirit into the Earth Mother. I mean, really grounding…. or another way of describing this would be that with the EA process, one feels a compassionate invitation to completely accept their choice and their LIFE here on Earth. It is as if a doorway opens, where the body-mind-spirit trine can finally relax into full embodyment.
I have personally been one to need alot of grounding exercises and rituals in order to open my heart and allow my Spirit to fully ground in my body! There would be alot of doubts about my reason, or simply about my presence here on Earth; and regularly, this would become extreme and I would indulge in suicidal thoughts. Since receiving the Evolutionary Alignment training and practicing the process, the doubts no longer have a hold on me. I feel fully ok with my choice to be here. I feel very present to life. When a doubt does enter my mind, I listen to it, embrace it, and love it… there is no more attachment to doubting my life and my purpose. It is true that my other work with stones and crystals (i.e., I also provide the service of AhhhMuse products distribution in Canada) provides models for me to be present and grounded here on Earth, and with the Evolutionary Alignment, that just crystallized it all for me! I am here, now! There is no more part of me that is not allowed to exist. In every moment I am choosing all of ‘my’ life here on Earth and fully living and co-creating life on Earth!
The basis of the Evolutionary Alignment session is consciously connecting in to the five Earth Elementals of Fire, Air, Water, Earth, and Ethers; we also come into awareness of our Elemental Birth Imprint. We learn, feel, and experience these Elementals, and how they work with, and within, us and all forms of life!
I sincerely thank the Elementals for providing us a bridge of co-creation to life on Earth.
The shungite and other stones are also an important factor in the EA process, and I express my gratitude to the Mineral Kingdom for all its support in each individual’s alignment to the next step of their evolution!

For me, each session is an opportunity to offer the receiver the experience of coming into resonance with the Earth’s vibration, and to fully support them during this process.
