Balinese Statues - Wood

All of the wooden Statues below have been personally Listened to, and brought back from Bali by us.   Most of these Statues are carved from Balinese Suar Wood.  We occasionally find Statues carved from other woods, such as Jackfruit, Hibiscus, and, of course, the magnificent Ganesh carved out of very old Teak Trees that you see further down the Page!!!

Teak Tree Carvings

These are very very old Teak trees that had been cut down long ago and were recently found by this Balinese man whose joy now in life is to carve Ganesh (and a few other dieties) and bring to them to life in this way.  

Balinese Statues - Stone

The Stone Beings below have been carved from either  LavaStone, sourced in Java, which is a very hard Stone; or a soft, white Stone (also sourced in Java), known as YogyaStone.  All of the Statues below were hand-carved in Bali. 

Buddha Fountain

This majestic fountain is made of a lightweight concrete and fiberglass mix.  The vertical Buddha face inserts into a separate base.   Approximate size: 77" x 50" x 17".
